This house is build with a concept of modern, durable and incombustible design. it is designed by Grant Architecture Studio (www.gastudio.ca), which Paul Grant is one of the well known architect in the region for high end residential. in structural wise, it is an hybrid between concrete, steel and timber frame that can sustain in most of the condition that west cost has. The house is clad with cement panel, aluminum window and hardwood. On energy saving, we have geo-thermal system from the ground, there is a potential rain water reuse system at the backyard that can be transformed. roof is designed with no gutter, the invert slope provided the water feature that created by stainless steel, and water will collect by the culvert at back yard. ground floor suite is acoustic and fire separated, soon will also be furnish with kitchen bar. House is sitting on a 11,030 square feet lot.
